Unfortunately, the highest single cost next to production are the ever-increasing postal rates. These I have no control over.
Packaging is listed separately, as in multiple orders you pay for the actual costs of packaging and shipping. The updated pages for
Releases 1b, 4a and 5a are packaged in a large, stiff, paper envelope taped on all sides for added strength and security. I find this
to be the most successful and affordable ($0.50). If you prefer my using a stiff cardboard envelope, let me know when you order.
The cost will be $3.00 plus added postage. I assume no responsibility for post office handling.
For multiple orders, an invoice with the total shipping cost will either be e-mailed to you, or confirmed by phone. US orders may
be shipped from the US (Sumas, WA.) at a much reduced Media Rate. (Average $4.00). These are done in batches by courier at a cost of
$5.00 US Customs fee per parcel, and courier fees (minimum of $5.00 per parcel). There is an advantage to multiple orders.
